Benefits Summary

MEDICAL INSURANCE
HPS, Inc. pays for full-time employee’s coverage. The employee is responsible for the cost of coverage for spouse and/or dependents.

LIFE INSURANCE
HPS, Inc. pays the premium for a $25,000 policy for all full-time employees

DENTAL INSURANCE

CAFETERIA PLAN
A Cafeteria Benefit plan is available to manage applicable expenses

401(k)
All full-time employees may enroll in this program.

VACATION
All full-time employees accrue vacation according to the following:
1-5 years 10 days per year
6 and over 15 days per year

HOLIDAYS
All full-time employees receive the following holidays:
New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day
Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
Personal Day

SICK LEAVE
All full-time employees accrue sick leave at a rate of ½ day per month of employment. The accrual begins immediately; however, the employee is not eligible until completion of six (6) consecutive months of full-time employment. There is no limit on accrual.

OTHER PAID TIME OFF
Bereavement – three (3) days

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
HPS, Inc. encourages all employees to further their education and will reimburse employees for the cost of pre-approved continuing education courses, seminars, workshops, and other appropriate training. HPS, Inc. does not reimburse for academic classes.

** Benefits (with exceptions noted) begin after an initial 90-day waiting period.
